The Beckon app is the heart of the system: your users open nearby doors and gates with a single tap - super fast, in real time. The same app delivers messages with read confirmation, interactive info pages and every action you enable. It activates in seconds via a link - no sign-up form, no password fiddling.
From sign-up form to digital key - in minutes
New users sign up through online forms right on your homepage. That kicks off fully automated onboarding - with optional approval by you and an optionally digitally signed contract. The user pairs their smartphone via an activation link from email or SMS, and the phone is the new key. No appointment, no face-to-face, no card.

Build your package
Pick a plan by feature set and one hardware device per entrance - door, gate, garage or automation, with LTE or WiFi. The user license adjusts to your member count every month.

We take care of the rest
Devices arrive pre-configured; we coordinate the installation with your local electrician or locksmith. Initial setup and training happen in a scheduled video call with a live configuration of your system - all included, and so is the support afterwards.

Users onboard themselves
Register online, receive an activation link, pair the smartphone - done. You watch every entrance in real time in the portal, and from here on the administration runs maintenance-free.

Fair questions, straight answers
What does Beckon really cost?
The software starts at 40 € per location per month (net) - tiered by member count, from 100 members, adjustable every month. The club management addon with memberships, contracts, user accounting and online payments adds 99 € per month. Hardware is 999 € one-time per entrance plus connectivity (20 € monthly with LTE incl. SIM card, 10 € with WiFi) and 499 € installation plus call-out charge. Setup, training and support are always included. Run your own numbers in the price calculator above.
Can I try Beckon for free?
Yes. Registration in the management portal is free and non-binding - look around and put your package together at your own pace. Costs only start once you take your first location live with a plan and hardware - and even then with just a one-month minimum term.
Do I need a network or IT on site?
No. Beckon devices are IoT devices with embedded internet connectivity via 4G/LTE or WiFi, SIM card included - completely independent of your local infrastructure. They connect any gate or door lock system in various configurations, ship pre-configured, and we coordinate the installation with your local electrician or locksmith.
How fast are new members ready to go?
Faster than at any front desk: fill in the online form, optional approval from your side, activation link by email or text message, pair the smartphone - done. Optionally with a digitally signed contract. Beckon offers the fastest onboarding procedure, which makes it the best fit for environments with high turnover. Visitors get day passes without any app.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Your Beckon was built to be failsafe. Closed-loop communication with automatic gateway operation tolerates connectivity faults, and local endpoint communication is one-way only by technological design - maximum security with full responsiveness. Embedded heartbeat monitoring detects faults and can trigger an electrical restart automatically.
Can Beckon integrate with my existing systems?
Yes, in both directions. The management API lets external systems drive full automation towards Beckon - real-time webhooks included. The other way around, connectors such as the Magicline connector attach Beckon proactively to external systems; Beckon then operates as a secondary system in fully automatic mode. You can also use Beckon to extend existing entrance solutions.
